Family & Group Motorbike Rentals on Phu Quoc

Riding with your family or with a group of friends needs a different setup than a solo trip. After arranging hundreds of group bookings, here is what works, what does not, and what we honestly recommend depending on group composition.

Multi-bike discount structure

3–4 bikes10%2,430,000 VND for 3

All bikes must be reserved on the same dates by the same group. Payment can be split among individuals at delivery — we accept cash from each person separately if that is easier.

Best bikes by group composition

Two adults, one bike

For occasional two-up: the 125cc Honda AirBlade handles two adults comfortably on flat roads. For full-time two-up plus luggage: the Honda PCX 150. Avoid 110cc Vision/Wave for sustained two-up — the engine struggles uphill and braking distance increases significantly.

Two adults, two bikes

Most popular configuration. Two Honda Vision 110s for ~$12/day total. Easy on parking, equal range, both can carry small luggage. Couple-friendly choice.

Family with one child (age 6+)

One adult solo on a Vision, one adult with child on an AirBlade or Lead. Child wears a properly sized helmet (we provide XS sizes), holds onto the adult's waist, and sits between adult and the seat-back if any. Maximum 30 km/h speed.

Family with two children (one under 6)

Honest answer: take a taxi or rent a car. Putting a toddler on a scooter for a tourist trip in a country whose road environment they do not know is a risk we will not encourage.

Group of 5+ friends

Five or more bikes is a logistics challenge. We deliver in two waves, collect in one wave the next morning, and assign one of our drivers as a group guide for the first hour to lead you out of Duong Dong traffic. No extra charge.

Child seats

We carry two front-mounted child seats fitted to Honda Lead 125 (the wide footboard makes the seat stable). Best for kids 18 months to 5 years old, securely strapped, with a small helmet that fits properly — not the loose adult one. The child rides between the adult's arms, sheltered from wind. Reserve in advance, supply is limited.

For children 6+ years old, no special seat is needed but a properly sized helmet is non-negotiable.
