At the scheduled time, our courier arrives at your specified location with your motorbike in perfect condition, two helmets sized to fit, one liter of fuel in the tank, a raincoat, and a phone holder. The courier gives a quick 3-minute demo of the bike's controls, takes one photo of your passport's first page (original stays with you), and accepts your cash payment in VND or USD. Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery — not in advance, not online, and not through any payment app. We accept Vietnamese Dong (VND) at face value and US Dollars (USD) at the current market exchange rate of approximately 25,000 VND per $1. For monthly or longer rentals, bank transfer to our Vietnamese account is also available. ATMs are widely available at Phu Quoc airport and throughout Duong Dong town.

We handle these on a case-by-case basis — in most situations, there is no charge, especially if you notify us with a few hours' notice. We only charge a cancellation fee if the bike has already been dispatched to your location.
Need to change your dates, switch to a different bike model, extend your rental, or change the delivery location? Simply message us on WhatsApp — modifications are free and can be made at any time before delivery. During an active rental, you can also extend your dates, switch bikes (free swap with price adjustment), or change your return location with a quick WhatsApp message. During peak season (December through February), especially around Christmas, New Year, and Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tet), popular models like the Honda Vision and AirBlade can be fully booked. We recommend reserving 3-7 days ahead during these periods to guarantee your preferred model. Less popular models like the Wave and Nouvo are usually available even during peak times.
