We Confirm & Schedule

Within 5 minutes on WhatsApp (or 30 minutes for form submissions), we confirm the availability of your chosen model, calculate the exact total price including any applicable long-term discounts, and agree on a specific delivery time and location. If your first-choice model is unavailable (rare, usually only during peak season), we suggest the closest alternative at the same or lower price. There is no advance payment, no booking fee, and no credit card required at this stage.

We Deliver — You Ride

At the scheduled time, our courier arrives at your specified location with your motorbike in perfect condition, two helmets sized to fit, one liter of fuel in the tank, a raincoat, and a phone holder. The courier gives a quick 3-minute demo of the bike's controls, takes one photo of your passport's first page (original stays with you), and accepts your cash payment in VND or USD. The entire handover takes about 5 minutes. From that moment, Phu Quoc is yours to explore — ride to Sao Beach, cruise past pepper plantations, or head north to Starfish Beach.

What You Need to Rent a Motorbike

Passport Photo

We take one photo of your passport's first page (the page with your photo and personal details) on our courier's phone. This is used as identification during your rental period only — it is permanently deleted the moment you return the bike. Your original passport remains in your possession at all times. We never hold physical passports as collateral, and we never photocopy or scan additional pages.

Cash Payment

Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery — not in advance, not online, and not through any payment app. We accept Vietnamese Dong (VND) at face value and US Dollars (USD) at the current market exchange rate of approximately 25,000 VND per $1. For monthly or longer rentals, bank transfer to our Vietnamese account is also available. ATMs are widely available at Phu Quoc airport and throughout Duong Dong town.

No Deposit Required

Unlike many rental operators on Phu Quoc who demand cash deposits of $50-$200 or hold your physical passport, GoBike operates entirely on trust. Free Cancellation

Cancel 24 or more hours before your scheduled delivery time and there is absolutely no charge, no penalty, and no hard feelings. Simply message us on WhatsApp and we will cancel your reservation immediately. If you made any advance payment (rare, but sometimes requested for peak-season holds), it is refunded in full.

Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours)

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible. We handle these on a case-by-case basis — in most situations, there is no charge, especially if you notify us with a few hours' notice. We only charge a cancellation fee if the bike has already been dispatched to your location.

Modifying Your Booking

Need to change your dates, switch to a different bike model, extend your rental, or change the delivery location? Simply message us on WhatsApp — modifications are free and can be made at any time before delivery. During an active rental, you can also extend your dates, switch bikes (free swap with price adjustment), or change your return location with a quick WhatsApp message. We are flexible because we know travel plans change.

Booking Questions & Answers

During regular season (March through November), same-day booking is almost always available. Message us on WhatsApp and we can typically deliver a bike within 30-60 minutes. During peak season (December through February), especially around Christmas, New Year, and Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tet), popular models like the Honda Vision and AirBlade can be fully booked. We recommend reserving 3-7 days ahead during these periods to guarantee your preferred model. Less popular models like the Wave and Nouvo are usually available even during peak times.

Online form submissions are responded to within 30 minutes during business hours and within 1-2 hours overnight. We prioritize same-day and next-day booking requests. Yes, we regularly accommodate group bookings. Whether you need 2 bikes for a couple traveling with friends or 10 bikes for a family reunion, we can handle it. For groups of 3+ bikes, we may offer an additional group discount on top of standard long-term discounts — ask us via WhatsApp. All bikes in the group are delivered together to the same location for a synchronized departure. We recommend booking groups at least 2-3 days in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure all preferred models are available.

No. We do not require any advance payment, online deposit, credit card hold, or booking fee to reserve your motorbike. Your reservation is confirmed via WhatsApp message — that is all. Payment happens in cash at the moment of delivery when our courier hands you the keys. This policy applies to all booking periods: 1-day rentals, 1-week rentals, 1-month rentals, and even 3+ month long-term reservations. The only exception is during extremely high-demand periods (specifically December 24-January 2), when we may ask for a small deposit to hold specific premium models — but this is communicated upfront and is fully refundable upon cancellation 24+ hours before delivery.
